YWCA Rhode Island will present ‘Inspirational Women’ on Wednesday, August 21, a multimedia exhibit documenting the voices, stories and portraits of 9 Rhode Island women.

The public is invited to join YWCA for the opening of this traveling exhibit on Wednesday at Southside Community Cultural Center, 393 Broad St, Providence, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The exhibit documents the voices, stories and portraits of Karen Allen Baxter, Becci Davis, Gail Davis, Ashley Faulkner, Courtney Hoggard-Savage, Melissa Husband, Kendall Moore, Beatrice Pulliam and Victoria Tolbert. It features portraits and video by photojournalist Kris Craig. Venus Wolo, Operations Manager, YWCA/Nickerson Community Center, will emcee the event.
